U.S. Shipping:
Vivian Lou orders are shipped in the US via USPS. Domestic orders generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days after the order is processed. We are proud to offer expedited FedEx delivery, but please note the 2-dayshipping does not include any handling time in our warehouse facilities or weekends. There are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
US Tracking Information:
US orders will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24-48 hrs.
We ship all of our products directly to you from our warehouses located in Denver, Colorado.
Processing Time:
All orders placed after 12 PM MST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM MST Friday will ship on Monday.
International Shipping:
International orders are delivered via FedEx and include duties and taxes.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for all costs related to incorrectly submitted shipping information.
Missing Deliveries:
Vivian Lou is NOT responsible for missing packages. If the carrier marked the shipment delivered, there is nothing we can do. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local post office or FedEx office to determine location of package.
