Please note: Our insoles are designed for permanent placement. We understand this is not ideal, but because our insoles are slim and discreet, they require an adhesive to stay in place. We provide detailed instructions on how to test placement before removing the adhesive liner. While we do not recommend it as the insole may not stay in place, some have had success using double sided tape or a removable glue dot instead of removing the adhesive liner.
