U.S. Shipping:
Vivian Lou orders are shipped in the U.S. via USPS. Domestic orders generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days after the order is processed. We offer expedited FedEx delivery, but please note the 2-dayshipping does not include handling time in our warehouse facilities or weekends. There are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
U.S. Tracking Information:
U.S. orders will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24-48 hrs.
We ship all of our products directly to you from our warehouses located in Denver, Colorado.
Processing Time:
All orders placed after 12 PM MST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM MST Friday will ship on Monday.
International Shipping:
International orders are delivered via FedEx and include duties and taxes.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer.
Double check that the shipping address is correct before submitting your order/payment. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once order is placed.
Missing Deliveries:
Vivian Lou is NOT responsible for your package once it has shipped. All claims must be filed directly through USPS or FedEx with the tracking info you are given if you need to locate/file for a lost or stolen package.
