Women complained...a podiatrist listened. Howard Dananberg, DPM, knew his clients wouldn't stop wearing heels despite their discomfort so he set out to find a solution - a smarter way to wear high heels. In partnership with an MIT rocket scientist, they created Vivian Lou Insolia® weight-shifting insoles. And the results are extraordinary. 

 

Less Toe-Down Motion

High heel pain is directly related to foot alignment + weight distribution. Vivian Lou Insolia weight-shifting insoles subtly adjust the pitch + position of the foot in high heels so women can wear high heels without hurting. 

The discrete insole ever-so-slightly rotates the heel bone up and back, negating the toe-down motion of the foot at the ankle + shifting weight from the forefoot to the heel.

The Wales Centre for Podiatric Studies and the Centre for Biomedical Sciences studied energy efficiency of women wearing Vivian Lou Insolia insoles and concluded that wearing the inner soles results in
