All we ask is that you try the product (and adjust placement as necessary) for a full day before deciding if you want a refund. If, after trying them, you're not 100% satisfied, please return them.
We will return the purchase of the insoles (less shipping costs). If you received free shipping, you will be charged $6 in shipping costs.
If you purchased multiple pairs of insoles, you will be required to mail back all unused insoles before the refund is issued.
Refunds made within 90 days will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds made after 90 days will be issues via PayPal only.
Should you wish to return an item, please contact us and request return instructions. This will ensure there are no delays in issuing your refund. To begin the refund process, please email customercare@vivianlou.com.
Please do NOT send insoles without emailing us first.Returns without authorization will not be processed.
